How do I register with EverPharm?
Registering process is very easy. Visit our website direct.everpharm.com/signup . Initial application takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. What documents are required to register with EverPharm?
EverPharm has established a process that ensures the verification of vendor and customer licenses using data from designated states and federal agencies. You can submit all documents once you've created a profile in our website. The required documents are: DEA License, State License, Drug Control License and applicable.
Placing Orders
After I sign up, how long until I can place an order?
A typical account setup up turnaround varies upon account verification of all of the licenses. Orders can be placed once we received all proper documentation from the hospital pharmacy. Once we receive and verify all proper documents, EverPharm will authorize your account to place orders through our online portal.
